General Terms

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing training materials, cohort spaces, or websites operated by Synergetic Soft ("we", "us") at synergeticsoft.digital, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not register for paid cohorts or use restricted resources.
2. Services described
We provide instructor-led professional training on backend API development topics. Deliverables include scheduled sessions, documented exercises, and mentor feedback as described in each syllabus. We do not guarantee employment, certification from third-party bodies unless explicitly stated in writing, or specific business outcomes.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials for cohort platforms. Sharing paid seat access without written approval may result in removal without refund except as outlined in the Money-Back Policy.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, rubrics, and recordings are licensed for personal learning during and after the cohort unless marked otherwise. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or remove attribution from materials. Your submitted code remains yours; we may use anonymized excerpts for teaching improvement with your consent.
5. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to disrupt platforms, harass staff or participants, upload malware, or misuse shared infrastructure. Violations may lead to immediate removal. Vietnamese cyber regulations and applicable criminal laws may also apply.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training participation, including lost profits or data loss in your environments. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a cohort is limited to the tuition paid for that cohort.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Parties agree to seek good-faith negotiation before litigation. Courts in Ho Chi Minh City shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
8. Changes and notices
We may update these terms with a revised last updated date. Material changes affecting active cohorts will be communicated via email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance except where prohibited by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend access for breach, non-payment, or operational safety. You may withdraw according to the Money-Back Policy timeline. Certain provisions survive termination, including IP, liability limits, and dispute clauses.
