Contact center location

Walk-ins for admissions paperwork and ID checks happen at Floor 14, Harbour View Tower, 35 Nguyen Hue Street, Ben Nghe Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Elevator banks can queue during lunch; arrive fifteen minutes early or switch to phone/email for document-only flows.

Cohort support process

  1. Learner operations confirms your seat and issues calendar holds within two business days.
  2. Week zero packet ships via email with repo access and conduct reminders—no surprise attachments.
  3. During the cohort, mentor notes post to the private forum; urgent incidents page the on-call instructor via the phone tree below.
  4. After completion, alumni receive optional office hours invites—no automatic upsell sequences.
