2. Categories of data
We process identity and contact data (name, email, phone optional), professional context (company, role), technical data from exercises (repos you choose to share), billing references handled by processors, and usage analytics if consented via cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
Purposes include delivering training, mentor feedback, cohort communications, safety and fraud prevention, improving syllabi, and legal compliance. Marketing emails are separate and require opt-in where required.
4. Legal bases
Contract performance for paid services, legitimate interests in securing platforms and improving education, consent for non-essential cookies and certain communications, and legal obligations for tax or regulatory records.
5. Retention
Registration data is kept for the cohort duration plus seven years for accounting where applicable. Analytics derived from consented cookies follows retention windows disclosed in the Cookie Preferences page. You may request deletion subject to legal holds.
6. Processors and transfers
We use vetted processors (email delivery, video conferencing, document storage). If data leaves Vietnam, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable and vendor assessments.
7. Your rights
Under Vietnamese consumer and data protection frameworks, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. You may lodge complaints with competent authorities. We respond within reasonable timelines stated in acknowledgements.
8. Security measures
We implement access controls, encryption in transit for managed tools, and staff training. No method is perfectly secure; you must protect your devices and tokens used in exercises.
9. Children
Services target adults in professional settings. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without guardian consent. Contact us to remove inadvertent collection.
10. International considerations
While primarily serving Vietnam-based teams, global participants may have additional rights under local laws. We will review requests case-by-case and cooperate where legally required.
11. Policy updates
We revise this statement when practices change. The last updated date reflects substantive edits. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance except where consent is freshly required.
